Job Description :

As an LPN Charge Nurse at The Blossoms at North Little Rock, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
• Providing emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
• Managing medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
• Supervising and supporting fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
• Monitoring and documenting treatment and medication effectiveness.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
