Overview Senior Brand Designer position at Kandji. Kandji is the Apple device management and security platform that creates enterprise-ready endpoints with the right apps, settings, and security systems. Kandji also partners with notable investors and has grown significantly since its Series C in 2021.

The Opportunity : Kandji is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help define and execute the future of our brand. This role involves hands-on work on a fast-evolving, modern brand that emphasizes innovation, interactivity, motion, and cutting-edge design. You will develop creative assets across digital experiences and marketing campaigns and shape how Kandji presents itself globally.

What You'll Do Design marketing assets that define Kandji's brand presence, including website visuals, digital ads, email campaigns, sales materials, event branding, and social media content

Own the art direction for motion graphics and video, creating dynamic, engaging content for digital platforms and the website

Ensure consistent brand application across designs and maintain a high quality across every touchpoint

Maintain and expand a design system in Figma, ensuring scalability and efficiency in creative production

Develop visuals and interactive storytelling from product designs to highlight Kandji’s innovation and market differentiation

Collaborate with communications, product marketing, demand generation, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative content

Work with the web developer to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect execution and a seamless user experience

Stay ahead of design trends by experimenting with new tools and approaches to elevate Kandji's creative output

What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

A portfolio showcasing high-quality, modern design work across digital platforms

Proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus

Strong understanding of design systems and how to create scalable, efficient assets

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining high creative standards

Ability to take direction, iterate on feedback, and execute innovative design ideas

Experience with motion graphics tools like After Effects

Familiarity with conversion-optimized web design

Passion for innovative design systems, tools, and AI to keep the brand ahead of industry trends
