Mission

Provide strategic financial and operational leadership to drive business growth, ensure sound financial management, and develop people—while leveraging technology and industry expertise to create opportunities for others and position the company for long-term success.

Measurables / Results

  • Consistently evaluating and implementing financial workflow automation and other technologies
  • Implement scalable forecasting and budgeting tools at both project and enterprise levels, improving visibility and decision-making
  • Develop and mentor accounting and & IT team members providing personal & professional growth opportunities
  • Partner with operations to identify efficiency or cost-saving initiatives that improve cash flow and margin
  • Foster and maintain external professional relationships FBO C / Sharpe (CPA firm, bankers, benefit brokers & other CFO’s)

    • Preferred Experience

  • 10+ years in financial leadership roles, with significant exposure to construction or project-based industries.
  • Strong track record in construction accounting : percentage-of-completion, WIP reporting, job costing, and cash flow management.
  • Demonstrated success working with bonding agents, lenders, and outside auditors / CPA firms.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP / financial systems (Acumatica, Procore, Build Ops, or similar).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation for executive decision-making.
  • Background in M&A evaluation, capital planning, or geographic / market expansion strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present financials to senior leadership, boards, and external stakeholders
