School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location : Benicia, CA

We are seeking a dedicated individual with RBT certification to work collaboratively within our educational environment to support students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting.
• Provide direct one-on-one support to students, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior to track outes and inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions across settings.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements :

RBT Certification Required

Experience working with children with special needs in educational or clinical settings

Strong interpersonal and munication skills

Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively

Must pass background check and obtain necessary clearances
