Description :

This position is for a registered nurse specializing in ambulatory care.

The role involves providing care to patients diagnosed with cancer.

You will offer psychosocial support through individual and group counseling.

You will assist with oncology rehabilitation aimed at improving physical function.

There is a focus on fertility preservation and reproductive consultation for patients.

Integrative oncology services will be facilitated, offering holistic evaluations and complementary medicine alternatives.

Survivorship care provides wellness and care coordination for cancer survivors.

You will support the adolescent and young adult population diagnosed with cancer.

You will perform vital sign checks, interpretation of laboratory results, and medication reconciliation.

Duties also include specimen collection, dressing changes, and telephone triage.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is essential.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage patient interactions effectively.

You will be part of a team dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients throughout their treatment journey.
