As a Full-Time BSA Officer at The Citizens Bank, you will be responsible for monitoring suspicious account activity to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you review multiple sets of data, alerts, and transactions, preparing comprehensive reports for both the BSA Committee and the Board of Directors. You will analyze Currency Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports, alongside high-risk accounts, large item transactions, and alert lists.
This role demands a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our banking operations, reinforcing our dedication to customer-centricity while safeguarding against financial crimes.

To excel as a Full-Time BSA Officer at The Citizens Bank, you will need a solid foundational understanding of banking operations and services, underpinned by previous considerable experience in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance. A thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations is essential. Proficiency with relevant software and tools will enable you to monitor account activities effectively.
