Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to support a fast-paced, high-profile portfolio of multiple classified programs. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following : As the Alternate Contractor Security Officer (ACSO), provide direct support to and coordinate security activities with the program CSO. Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, visitor control, etc.). Support security education classes and related briefings. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Understand government policy and directives to be able to apply solutions to complex tasks / challenges / assignments that are in compliance with policy. Participate in security compliance audits and self-inspections. Must be able to work directly with the customer to coordinate daily security activities.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Industrial Security or relevant ACSO experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of Industrial Security or ACSO experience. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
• Current Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and polygraph.
• In-scope investigation closed within last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
• Familiarity with the NISPOM, ICD 705, ICD 704.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with customers, security peers and program management team members.

Knowledgeable of SIMS and DISS databases

Primary Level Salary Range : $87,000.00 - $130,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
