Roofing Superintendent (Spec Division)

CentiMark Corporation is currently seeking experienced commercial Roofing Superintendents in Columbus for our Spec Division.

This position pays $20 / hr - $40 / hr based on experience.   Job Summary :

• Responsible for supervising large-scale, new construction roofing projects.   Responsibilities Include : Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is followed Supervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilities Ensure compliance with specifications and plans  Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities Plan and execute a successful project Ability to work overtime as needed Candidate Qualifications : A valid State Driver’s License (in good standing) is required  Experience in Construction / Roofing Supervision  Experience in commercial roofing a plus Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Leadership, management and project management skills  Organizational and time management skills  Computer and Microsoft Office Skills  Ability to read blueprints is a plus   Premier Benefits : 2 Health Insurance Plans : Free “Core Plan” – Free Medical & Dental “Buy Up Plan” – Features a lower deductible for Medical Vision Plan Free Life Insurance 401K with Company Match (Traditional & Roth) Free Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Paid Holidays and Vacation Company vehicle or vehicle allowance CentiMark provides a great work environment with challenging career opportunities.
