What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and implement integrated strategic communications plans to enhance brand identity

Create and execute marketing / public relations strategies to build relationships with media and key influencers

Identify and address challenges and emerging issues within the organization

Serve as the spokesperson and lead for media interactions to promote the organization

Recruit and manage a communications team, ensuring effective development and execution of communication strategies

What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, either in-house or with an agency

Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors for high-impact media placements

Extensive writing and editing experience across various print and online communications media

Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive strategic communications, media relations, and marketing programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns

Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic concepts into actionable plans

Strong judgment and creative problem-solving abilities
