The Human Resources Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources department. This role includes supporting the Recruiting Analyst and Human Resources Manager by managing and tracking special leave, performance management data and contributing to special projects. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key to making our administrative processes effective.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic candidate with experience in local government and human resources. This individual should possess a deep passion for public service and demonstrate a strong ability to cultivate effective and inclusive workplace cultures. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational skills, efficiently managing multiple projects while consistently meeting tight deadlines. Minimum Requirements : High school diploma or G.E.D. and 4 years of professional Human Resources experience handling special leave such as Family Medical Leave and Reasonable Accommodations, and performance management.
Preferences :
Work Schedule : 37.5 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. This is a telework-eligible role that may revert to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
Hiring Salary Range : $65,910.00 $92,907.75 annually
