This position will be remote within the United States.
Job Summary
The Paralegal is responsible for assisting attorneys in all phases of corporate matters, including all stages of corporate transactions, corporate maintenance, and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations in the conduct of business activities, as well as throughout the litigation process.
What You Will Do
- Manage intake and tracking of all inbound legal requests and communication; coordinate priorities and schedules across legal and business partners.
- Support attorneys, sales, and procurement teams with contract management, compliance management, and legal administrative projects.
- Maintain detailed legal files; manage document coding, imaging, and high-volume data entry across legal systems, including contract and administration platforms.
- Draft, review, and revise a variety of template contracts, such as NDAs, customer agreements, amendments, and legal correspondence.
- Assist with contract follow-up, processing subpoenas, garnishment orders, and other legal requests and escalations.
- Conduct legal research and support attorneys with due diligence activities.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of routine corporate documents, including certificates of incorporation, amendments, registered agent changes, assumed name filings, and intellectual property forms; coordinate document orders and provide subsidiary data to internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the Legal Department, including meeting coordination, agenda creation, and note-taking.
- Participate in special projects, such as proofreading, policy rollouts, and other assignments as needed.

What You Will Have
3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal with a focus in contracts, compliance, and / or a regulatory environment or a combination of education and experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent time management, organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilitiesExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinkingExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsCustomer service-oriented with a focus on resolving complex issuesSkilled in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive informationTeam player with the ability to manage conflict and work effectively under pressureCapable of building productive relationships across multiple organizational levelsNice to Haves
Bachelor’s Degree and / or Paralegal certificationThe posted hourly wage for this position is $26.25 - $37.00 which is the expected starting hourly salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location / labor market, internal equity, etc.
