We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of personal injury cases, represent plaintiffs, and contribute to our firm's commitment to justice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, a passion for helping people, and a proven track record of success. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities :

1. Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, providing compassionate and effective legal counsel.

2. Manage all phases of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

3. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to determine potential legal claims, assess the merits of these claims, and develop strategies to defend or prosecute these claims.

4. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and trial documents.

5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving for the maximum compensation possible in each case.

6. Advocate for clients in court, presenting evidence, arguing cases, and cross-examining witnesses.

7. Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and related areas to ensure the most effective representation of clients.

8. Collaborate with legal support staff and share knowledge and expertise with junior attorneys in the firm.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

2. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on representing plaintiffs.

4. Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and winning trials.

5. Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

8. Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.

9. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.

10. Passion for advocating for individuals who have been harmed and a deep commitment to justice.
