Join Our Team as a Site Medical Director at CommUnityCare!
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in community health? Envision Physician Services is on the lookout for a passionate Site Medical Director to lead our urgent care services at CommUnityCare. This is your chance to be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to advancing health equity and transforming patient care.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Site Medical Director, you will :
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care services across two locations.
- Ensure high standards of patient care , clinical quality, and safety in alignment with our mission.
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores to drive improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for both patient care and provider needs.
