Your role is to bring this method to life, helping clients become their BESST selves while growing alongside a clinic that values passion, growth, and service.
Role
Speech-Language Pathologist (W-2 Employee)
- Setting mix : 90% in-person, 10% telehealth
- Population : 90% pediatrics, 10% adults
- Diagnoses : Orofacial myofunctional disorders, speech clarity, ASD, Down Syndrome, feeding / eating
Responsibilities
Provide 55–65 sessions / week (30 minutes each) ; average 27.5–32.5 billable hoursConduct 1–2 evaluations / week (1.5–2 hours each)Document in Ocean Friends EHR (AI-assisted) within 5 daysTrack progress and outcomes against individualized POCs, with quarterly reviewsAttend team meetings 2x / month and 1 : 1 mentorship check-ins 2–4x / monthParticipate in a 3-week onboarding program with direct training from our founder, Barbara Taylor, M.S., CCC-SLP, COMIncorporate creativity, technology, and evidence-based tools to make therapy engaging and effectiveResults We Expect
50 sessions / week = baseline; bonus for all sessions once baseline is metClinical outcomes : measurable improvements on client POCs each quarterQuality metrics : 85%+ attendance; documentation submitted on timeRequirements
Must-haves :Master’s in Speech-Language PathologyMaryland license + ASHA CCCs (or CFs working toward completion)CPR certification, background check, TB test, reliable transportationNice-to-haves :Training in OMDs, PROMPT, TalkTools, Beckman, Kaufman, Apraxia, ASD interventionExperience with feeding, oral motor, and oromyofunctional therapyWho thrives here :Passionate CFs ready for mentorshipExperienced SLPs eager to collaborate, innovate, and growCompensation & Benefits
