Title : Bus Aide
Job Goal : To provide assistance and ensure the safety of special needs students while loading and unloading bus and to supervise students on bus at all times
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Reports To : Special Education Coordinator and Transportation Director
Qualifications :
- Possess a valid driver's license and be able to provide own transportation to and from school / transportation
- Ability to meet the suitability criteria for employment and / or certification licensure under the Alabama Child Protection Act of 1999 and Act No. 2002-457.
- Possess management skills to supervise and direct students
- Demonstrated success in relevant work
