Description :

The unit has a total of 17 beds.

The nursing staff includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 CNAs on the day shift, with the same staffing structure on the night shift.

The patient-to-nurse ratios are 1 : 6, with a charge nurse available for 1 : 2.

The unit uses EMR Meditech for rehabilitation-specific documentation.

Candidates should work well with others in an interdisciplinary team.

Weekend work is required, with two weekends scheduled per month.
