About The Position We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician for a 96-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity features a 4-day workweek (Monday through Friday), 8 : 20am-6pm shifts, shared call coverage, and a very low annual delivery volume. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a broad range of acute and chronic care, including optional procedures. Job Details Location : Oregon Start Date : Dec 1, 2025 LOA : 96 days Provider Type Needed : Family Practice Physician Schedule : 4 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 8 : 20am-6pm; shared call coverage with other providers; 20-minute response time for on-call Responsibilities and Duties Manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes and hypertension Perform procedures such as casting, IUD placement, Nexplanon insertion, biopsies, toenail removal, and optional vasectomy Provide care for obstetric patients, with a low volume of deliveries per year (C-section experience preferred but not required) Share call coverage with other providers Collaborate with team members and contribute to a flexible clinical environment Adapt duties based on comfort and experience with specific procedures Additional Information Must hold an active Oregon medical license Board Certification in Family Medicine required Certifications required : Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Providers not comfortable with certain procedures may have some flexibility in duties Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
