As a Security Officer - Utilities Access Control in Plainfield, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more .

As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a major utilities location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, and remaining highly visible to provide a reassuring presence. You will also be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as needed. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
