Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for :
- Oversee the development and execution of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
- Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project life

The Project Manager should have :
6+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractorProficient in Procore, Bluebeam and other construction related softwareStrong communication skills - written and verbalWorking knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.The Project Manager may receive :
