\n\nJob Description\n

The Heart and Vascular Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac catheterization procedures. The position requires proficiency in Epic Charting System and the ability to work well with interdisciplinary teams.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Perform cardiac catheterizations and various interventional procedures.

    • \n

  • Monitor patient conditions and provide procedural sedation administration / monitoring.

    • \n

  • Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and provide emergency treatment as needed.

    • \n

  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary support for optimal patient care.

    • \n

  • Participate in procedural scrub duties and ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.

    • \n

  • ACLS and BLS certifications required.

    • \n

  • Experience with various cardiac catheterization procedures.

    • \n

  • Familiarity with Epic charting system is mandatory.

    • \n

  • Availability for call, requiring 1-2 shifts per week and every third weekend.
