The Patient Services Coordinator in the Endoscopy Center supports scheduling, patient coordination, and communications to ensure timely access to care. You will manage physician block scheduling, assist patients with procedure preparation, and maintain accurate documentation all while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and modify endoscopy procedures using OneConnect OpTime, coordinating with physicians, clinical teams, and patients.
• Manage block schedules, physician availability, and procedure room assignments to optimize utilization.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via myMDAnderson, phone, and email; assist with pre-procedure communication.
• Review, update, and verify patient demographic and financial information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support pre- and post-procedure patient needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Note : Occasional Saturday shifts and front desk on-call responsibilities are required based on department needs.
