Salary :

The Facilities Technician will maintain or improve building facilities by making necessary repairs and / or replacing malfunctioning parts and work with outside contractors on expansion / improvement needs. The work will vary, but you will use a work order system to track planned and completed work. Technicians may also be assigned periodically to assist with rigging equipment on trips.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general infrastructure).
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and facility-related issues.
• Assist with installations, renovations, and building improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support contractors and vendors performing specialized work on-site.
• Perform general upkeep such as painting, carpentry, and minor landscaping as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Previous experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
