Description :

Schedule entails working three 12-hour night shifts each week.

There may be some weeks where an additional 12-hour shift can be picked up, bringing the total to 48 hours.

Please note that there are no guaranteed hours for the first two weeks of the assignment.

This position is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care.

Collaboration with other professional disciplines is essential to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes.

Support for the organization's vision and mission is expected.

Utilization of knowledge of residents' age and cultural diversity is crucial in the provision of resident care.

Contributions to the provision of quality nursing care are necessary through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care.
