Provides ambulatory primary care services in accordance with community standards, participating in quality improvement and healthcare planning activities.
- Requires Missouri RN licensure and a master's degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Demonstrates commitment to serving underserved populations, with effective communication and computer skills.
- Performs patient histories, physical exams, screening, diagnostics, and formulates care plans, including education and referrals.
- Participates in quality assurance, protocol development, and staff education, supporting operational efficiency and community outreach.
- Assumes responsibility for care quality, organizational strategy, and adherence to budget and productivity goals.
