Gpac is partnering with a well established farming operation seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily operations with a strong emphasis on heavy equipment operation. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient fieldwork, crop production, and equipment utilization. The ideal candidate has hands-on farm management experience, is skilled in operating and maintaining agricultural machinery, and can lead a team toward achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily farm operations including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and general farm maintenance.
• Operate and maintain a variety of heavy farm equipment such as tractors, combines, sprayers, and loaders.
• Train and supervise staff in safe and effective equipment operation.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and implement efficient farming practices.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet production goals.
