As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Practice Manager to lead our clinic operations and team with professionalism, clarity, and precision.

Registered Nutritionist / Dietitian

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nutritionist / Dietitian to join our health and wellness team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives by providing personalized nutritional guidance and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess clients' nutritional needs through interviews, health history, and dietary analysis
  • Develop personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual health conditions, goals, and preferences
  • Educate clients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and lifestyle modifications
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements :

We welcome applicants with either a Dietitian (RD / RDN / LDN) or Nutritionist background.

Required :

Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN / LDN) OR Nutritionist with :

  • At least 1 year of experience working directly with nutrition clients
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client experiences in a professional setting
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a virtual / remote concierge environment

    • Preferred :

  • Training or certification in Functional Nutrition (e.g., IFM, Functional Nutrition Alliance, AFMCP, etc.)
  • Experience in health coaching (certification a plus)
  • Background in high-touch client service, hospitality, or concierge medicine settings
  • Familiarity with telehealth, electronic health records, and digital client engagement tools
