Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with network infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco routers and switches. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining our network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation : Plan, design, and implement network solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configuration and Management : Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring robust security measures are in place.
• Network Maintenance : Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor network performance, identify issues, and optimize network operations.
• Security : Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed network documentation and provide regular reports on network status and performance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support network-related projects and initiatives.
• Support : Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve network-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Someone that has at least 5 years of real experience. Meaning they can do more then change vlans and update a device. As far as certifications. PCNSA and for Cisco CCNA or higher.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $120000.00 / yr.

PTO policy for executives is an unlimited PTO policy.

Your dentist will use that information to verify your eligibility and benefits, or you can show your UHC ID Card.

Vision Plan - United Healthcare (UHC)

As of January 1, 2025 , the vision plan will continue to be insured by UHC. To maximize your vision benefits, utilize an in-network vision provider to save you money. Vision Insurance cards are not required to verify your vision coverage. All you need to do is tell your vision office your full legal name, date of birth, and social security number, or show your UHC ID card. Your vision provider will use that information to verify your eligibility and benefits.

CBIZ is the Flexible Spending Administrator. There are two accounts offered. If you wish to participate, you must make an election every plan year.

Please review your eligibility to elect the Health Care FSA. If you enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) Gold plan and contribute to a Health Savings Account you are not eligible to participate in the Health FSA. However, you will still be eligible to elect the Dependent Care FSA.
