Join Our Team as a Residential SUD Supervisor

Location : Janus Recovery Services

Schedule : Tuesday – Saturday | 2 : 45 PM – 11 : 15 PM

Salary Range : $72,000–$82,000 / year (based on qualifications and experience)

Sign On Bonus : $1200 (after 90 days employment)

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of case managers and peer support staff, ensuring high-quality care in a safe and therapeutic environment. What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise case managers and peer support staff to ensure delivery of services aligned with Janus protocols and compliance standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to enhance team performance.

Program Oversight & Compliance

Clinical Coordination

Community Engagement

Administrative & Operational Support
