About The Role

At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. As a Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for driving a significant portion of our pipeline by designing and executing innovative strategies across the entire marketing funnelfrom top-of-funnel awareness to pipeline acceleration and conversion.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, is comfortable building from 0?1, and wants a front-row seat in scaling a high-growth business. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, operate tactically, and isn't afraid to experiment.

Please note that this role is on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA.

What You'll Do

  • Pipeline Growth & Strategy : Own end-to-end growth initiatives, from new channel experimentation to scaling proven playbooks, with the goal of driving measurable impact on revenue.
  • Full-Funnel Marketing : Design and execute campaigns across the funnel (brand awareness, lead acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and conversion) using a mix of paid and non-paid tactics.
  • Experimentation & Optimization : Constantly test, learn, and iterate on new growth ideas, measuring outcomes rigorously and scaling what works.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with data science, MDRs, marketing ops, product marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Insights & Reporting : Analyze performance metrics, surface insights, and make data-backed recommendations to guide strategy and improve efficiency across channels.

What You Bring

  • Strategic + Hands-On Experience : Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies that span multiple channels and funnel stages.
  • Track Record of Experimentation : Comfort with testing new ideas, optimizing quickly, and scaling successes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Rigor : Strong ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and make decisions based on insights (Excel proficiency required; SQL a plus).
  • Creativity + Problem-Solving : A builder mindset with the ability to think outside the box and identify new levers for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Influence : Demonstrated success collaborating with sales, product marketing, ops, and creative teams.
  • Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree from a top university (top 20 preferred). Prior experience leading growth at an early-stage (Series AC) startup or high-growth B2B company strongly preferred.
  • We're considering candidates at multiple levels, from Associate to Senior Manager, and will align the role title and scope based on experience.

  • Estimated Hourly Pay Range

    $145,000 - $190,000 USD
