Salary : $55-$60k DOE

As aStaff AccountantatWilliams, you will be an integral part of theaccounting team and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations. You will be responsible for various accounting functions, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, preparing monthly customer invoices, subcontract accounting, lien waiver tracking, and applying payment receipts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Handle core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, subcontract accounting, lien waiver tracking, and payment receipts.
• Prepare and distribute invoices, apply payments, and monitor collections.
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billing and subcontractor compliance.
• Maintain clear, organized financial records to support reporting and year-end processes.
