Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our office operates smoothly and efficiently. As the Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support, enhancing workflow and facilitating communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for office staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that all documents are easily accessible.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment usage.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
