Home Health Aide (HHA, CNA, STNA)

To support substantial client care needs in Southern Ohio, we are seeking multiple skilled, compassionate, and professional Home Healthcare Aides to join our agency in a part-time capacity (20-30 hrs / wk) to provide services to existing and new clients in Portsmouth, West Portsmouth, Lucasville, and surrounding communities.

• This is a long-term employment opportunity with approx. 20+ hours per week (M-F) available immediately, and additional hours available in evenings and weekends if desired (not required).
• After successfully completing your first 30 days with our agency, you have the option to add additional clients for up to 40 hours per week (not required).
• Home Health, Caregiver, and / or equivalent LTC / Housekeeping / Homemaker skills required.
• DSPs, CNAs and STNAs with home care experience are highly desirable , but experienced, non-certified HHAs, PCAs and professional Caregivers committed to building their career with our agency are encouraged to apply!
• Typical travel distance between clients is 5-30 minutes, with additional cases at 30-60 minutes distance if willing.
• Mileage is reimbursed for all travel between clients.

Starting Pay Rate : $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY

A successful Home Healthcare Aide provides personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Therapist in their region. You will be assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professionals and perform services for clients as necessary to maintain personal comfort and safety in their home.

Report to : RN Case Manager / Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS :

Performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy services under the direction and supervision of the therapist.
