Key Responsibilities
Identify enhancements to HR system functionality aligned with business strategies
Lead efforts to streamline and optimize end-to-end HR processes for improved teammate experience
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compliance with data governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or suitable combination of experience and education
Preferred experience with Workday, especially in Compensation modules
Proficiency in designing and documenting End-to-End HR processes
Strong analytical skills to translate complex business processes into effective HR solutions
Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence
