We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical construction projects, coordinating with superintendents, general contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role demands a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills and experience in the commercial and electrical construction industry.

Key responsibilities include :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects in the metro Atlanta area.
• Collaborate daily with superintendents and general contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Utilize Pandera Software or similar products like Procore for project management tasks.
• Accurately identify and allocate man hours for various tasks, including underground work, conduit installation, low voltage systems, and trim-out phases.
• Handle daily paperwork, including reports, timesheets, communications, and invoicing.
• Manage change orders efficiently to accommodate project modifications.
• Oversee the purchasing of materials weekly and maintain an accurate inventory of existing materials on the job site.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties involved to keep the project flowing smoothly and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Manage staffing needs on the job site and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Monitor spending, track project progress, and provide accurate forecasting to ensure financial success.
