Staff Supervisor - FreshSTART

Annual compensation up to $47,000 depending on qualifications; additional incentives available up to $6,000 annually.

As a Full-time Staff Supervisor, you will perform and supervise the delivery of Resident care under the direction of the Program Manager. You will serve as a positive role model for Residents to observe and learn socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors. Also, you will supervise direct care staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.

Education and Experience Required : The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a Human Services field OR an associate's degree and at least three months experience working with children OR a High School Diploma or GED with at least six months working with children.

Preference will be given to candidates who have a bachelor's degree plus 2 years full time experience in a human service field, at least 1 of which is in a children's residential facility OR High School Diploma plus 3 or more years experience in the human service field with at least 1 year in a children's residential facility.
