Athletic Strategy Consultant

A company is looking for a College Athletics Recruiting Advisor (Golf, Male Volleyball, Rowing).

Key Responsibilities

Develop mentoring relationships with student-athletes and meet regularly through video chat

Evaluate film and provide feedback, helping student-athletes create recruitment videos

Guide student-athletes in their recruitment journey, including planning and advocacy with college coaches

Required Qualifications

Experience playing and / or coaching at a top university

A passion for mentoring teenagers

Detailed understanding of the recruiting process

High character and exceptional interpersonal skills

Strategic planning and organizational skills
