The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring shipment goals, business goals, customer requirements, and production plans are achieved. The production supervisor will be involved with production and maintenance planning to allow for plans and goals to be met. In this role, you will be working with a cross functional group to learn the totality of the business. Required work hours are 9 : 30 PM to 7 : 30 AM.

Job Description Summary

• Responsible for providing regular direction and leadership to large workforce through effective communication
• Maintains and works in a safe, reliable, cost-effective manufacturing operation to produce the required product volumes, with full regard for health, safety, and stakeholder concerns. Installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots all mechanical, hydraulic, electric equipment and instrumentation.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of operations information systems to monitor manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.

This position is part of the Operations Department located onsite in Cortland , NY and will be assigned to the overnight shift, once immersion is complete.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
