Studio Manager
The studio manager is the studio leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of their assigned studio(s). The studio manager ensures a five-star experience is delivered to every Removery client who enters their studio, leveraging their experience and training in both sales and laser to effectively manage staffing, scheduling, change management, performance, service delivery, and ensure operational excellence. The studio manager demonstrates our Removery values of Trustworthy, Passionate, Effective, Focused and Purposeful in all interactions with team members and clients alike.
Position responsibilities include serving as people leader for all assigned studio personnel, including coaching on best practices for each individual role, managing time and attendance, ensuring schedule remains optimized to best support our clients, drafting and delivering monthly performance check-ins and bi-annual employee reviews, leading change initiatives and serving as cultural champion for the organization, conducting interviews for in studio positions ensuring both efficiency and effectiveness of hiring, ensuring that every client receives a five-star experience in their assigned studio, leading daily team huddles, and team meetings as required, identifying and leading outreach and community activations for their home studio, utilizing their studio dashboard and health score reporting to establish goals, metrics, and performance expectations for each studio team member, overseeing the daily cleaning and stewardship of their studio, including management of all facilities work orders, supply orders, equipment repairs, inventory stock, and as-needed requests, leading change management initiatives providing feedback on opportunities to improve effectiveness and delivery, ensuring all compliance policies are adhered for example cash handling, deposits, daily register close, etc., maintaining skill level in both laser and sales, performing sales consults and treatments no less than weekly, where credentialing requirements allow. Works in both / either role as staffing needs require, modeling effective communication, business leadership, and consistently demonstrating our company values, traveling to support the success of other studios, when necessary, serving in various leadership capacities, including Pioneer group, Next Generation, Laser-Focused Leaders, or other organization programs, continuing to evolve Removery operations to improve overall effectiveness, business outcomes, and client impact, supporting their assigned Regional Manager and Operations Leadership Team in other duties, as assigned.
Position skills and requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of professional experience in a field role with Removery (3 years preferred), team and client centric approach with creativity to identify opportunities to surprise and delight, cross-trained to serve in both sales and laser capacity, or ability to be cross-trained within 3 months in role, ability to lead and inspire others motivating their team to exceed expectations, strong verbal and written communication skills, advanced capabilities using Zenoti and other applications, strong mediation and diplomacy skills with the ability to quickly and thoroughly address client escalations and staffing conflict, excellent attention to detail, empathetic, engaged, and action-oriented problem solver, excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, self-motivated and solutions oriented.
Position key performance indicators include clean compliance reporting, high team member morale, low studio regrettable turnover, meeting Google Review KPI of 25% consistently, consistent RM feedback that studio is meeting cleanliness and brand standards.
