Role Overview :

If you've always wanted to lead the backbone of a healthcare business building national systems, optimizing tools, and eliminating operational defects this role puts you in the driver's seat. If you believe that better tools, better data, and better logistics directly improve care for vulnerable populations, we want you on the team.

This national leadership role owns the infrastructure that powers CMC's regions from equipment and labs to software and billing systems. Ideal for an operational expert who thrives in optimizing systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage equipment / labs team and troubleshoot field issues
• Own vendor negotiation, procurement, and cost centers
• Drive dashboarding, charting QA, and scheduling platform improvements
• Oversee onboarding / training for field ops and new centers
• Administer national tools : EHRs, lab forms, scheduling, etc.
