Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicle
• Assist in inventory management and general store duties
• Perform services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through required Monro University training
• Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary and Roles

Salary Range : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience; $25 - $35 flat rate, based on experience

General Service Technician

The General Service Technician is a full-time or part-time hourly position based on business needs. This role performs basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications, delivering 5-star service through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while meeting guest time and quality expectations.
