Job Summary
The instrumental classroom coach participates in various aspects of creating a high-caliber performance ensembles, while supporting the education of students. The instrumental classroom coach will be tasked with instructing students in the performance aspects of concert band and string orchestra musicianship, and will assist in achieving concert performance goals set by the Instrumental Music Director via specified roles (e.g., instrument sectionals, ensemble rehearsals, 1-on-1 coaching, etc.). The coach will help students master fundamental technical skills and demonstrate proper playing / performance techniques. The coach will help ensure the department\'s mission / vision is met.
