The Learning Village in Mars, PA is hiring childcare teachers (full time and part time) who are passionate about helping children learn and grow. Whether you have experience or are just starting in early childhood education, we'll support you every step of the way.

What We Offer :

Pay : $15–$18 / hour (based on experience)

Flexible schedules : Full time 4-day weeks (10 hrs / day) or 5-day weeks (8 hrs / day) or Part time mornings or afternoons

Your Role :

Create a safe, caring, and fun classroom

Plan and lead engaging lessons and activities

Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth

Communicate with families about progress

Be part of a positive, supportive team

What You'll Need :

Love for working with kids

At least 2 years of childcare experience (babysitting counts!)

CPR / First Aid (or willingness to get certified-we'll help)

Required clearances & health checks
