Marketing Director Residential Roofing

Full-Time | $90,000$110,000 base + performance bonus ($115K$155K OTE)

Were looking for a Marketing Director who can lead our marketing operations across multiple markets, overseeing our Call Center, Events / Shows Team, and lead generation programs. This role blends leadership, analytics, and hands-on execution to help us scale efficiently and profitably.

What Youll Do

  • Lead, coach, and manage the Call Center and Events / Shows teams to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Oversee all lead sources, including digital, direct, and event marketing, ensuring strong ROI on every campaign.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget , adjusting spend based on performance data.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance by lead source, event, and campaign.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to align marketing performance with company revenue goals.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and teamwork.

What You Bring

  • 35 years of marketing leadership experience in roofing, home improvement, or construction services.
  • Proven success managing a $1M+ marketing budget with measurable ROI.
  • Experience managing call centers , outbound marketing , and events / trade shows.
  • Strong analytical skills able to turn data into decisions.
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $90,000$110,000 (DOE)
  • Performance Bonus : Up to $30,000 annually (based on lead volume, CPL, event ROI, and call conversion metrics)
  • Total OTE : $115,000$155,000
