Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in building customer relationships and developing strategic plans. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners and clients to secure favorable terms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.Background experience in the healthcare industry.Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management.Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
