Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of up to three clients. Caseload will be determined by supervisor, considering program census, therapist request by referring partners, acuity of clients on caseload
• Serve as mentor and provide support to the treatment team
• Assume the duties of clinical director in their absence
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals and partnering agencies
• Assist Clinical Director in on-site supervision for clinical interns
• Collaborate with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Program Director to create and deliver staff development initiatives focused on :
• Support clinical team and clinical services needs
