Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Home Health OASIS QA. The individual in this position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of OASIS data, reviewing and validating patient assessments, and providing necessary feedback to the clinical team. Duties include monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, performing data analysis, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Occupational Health and Medicine
• Experience in Health Promotion and related fields
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered license preferred
• Knowledge of OASIS data collection and QA processes
