Horizons Youth Services is looking for a Finance and Administration Director at the Milwaukee Job Corps Center!
Horizons Youth Services, through innovative leadership and job training programs, provides today’s youth with the education, skills and vision they need to build bright futures for themselves and their communities.
Job Summary : Directs staff engaged in providing services in Finance; Purchasing; IT Services; Property; Student Records; Food Service and Facilities Maintenance to ensures departmental programs and standards meet all DOL, FAR, PRH, Center and Horizons Youth Services’ requirements.
Duties :
Experience : Three to five years of responsible experience in finance and accounting required. Three to five years of supervisory experience required. Proficient with Excel spreadsheet applications. Ability to analyze financial data and communicate results to management. Knowledge of the federal procurement process preferred. Knowledge of the federal property process preferred.
Education : Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration is required. Masters’ Degree preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : A valid State Drivers’ License
