Summary Of Position : The Social Media Manager will serve as the agency lead, budget line holder, and cross-platform strategist. Role will lead ideation to execution in partnership with agency partner for all social media strategy in coordination with key brand initiatives including community building, engagement, brand awareness, and advocacy.
Principle Accountabilities Build, manage, and execute monthly content calendar (IG / TT), including retailer and promotional support. Optimize content for each channel to maximize engagement and awareness.
Manage social and community engagement agency, track projects, lead weekly meetings, and provide feedback. Own social shot lists, shoot planning, & UGC sourcing.
Use analytics tools to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on KPI metrics to gauge success.
Conduct brainstorms with teams and agency to share learnings and develop new social content strategies.
Research social landscape trends, new platforms, and campaign strategies, including competitive activity.
Identify PR, media, and partnership opportunities, and execute approved initiatives.
Oversee the development of the Social Media Specialist to support social media vision.
Assist with content creation and editing as needed.
Develop and implement targeted audience growth strategies for TikTok and Meta, leveraging platform-specific best practices.

Required Skills & Experience 4+ years in social media marketing
Passion for social media, content creation, storytelling
Deep understanding of beauty industry aesthetics
Proven success in engagement strategies to increase brand awareness
Experience leading social media content creation and execution
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Comfortable with quick content creation
Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, passionate about beauty and trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dash Hudson, CapCut, Canva, slip.stream, etc.
Collaborative across departments
Willing to go above and beyond
Available for 24 / 7 approach as needed
Travel Requirements Occasional travel for events such as photoshoots, store openings, and influencer activations.
Physical Requirements Must perform essential functions with or without accommodations, without posing health or safety risks.

Salary Range $100,000 - $122,000
