Responsibilities :
Treat patients as ordered by the Physician and adhere to facility documentation guidelinesRecord treatments given and progress notes in medical recordAssist in maintaining departmentParticipate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation ConferencesAssist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment areaCommunicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.Participate in training programs for other staff in the facilityRecord treatment charges per the facility policy and proceduresInstruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programExperience / Qualifications :
Licensed by Physical Therapy Board of California (PTBC)
