ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with operations and maintenance leaders to provide electrical / controls troubleshooting expertise across multiple production facilities and warehouse locations in the Southeastern United States.
Employee must be able to provide their own transportation. All travel expenses are covered by the employer.
Work with and train plant maintenance technicians to improve their electrical / controls knowledge.
Coordinate, manage, and implement small projects involving machinery upgrades.
Procure materials and equipment needed to assist in equipment repair.
Build a database containing pertinent information associated with PLCs, drives, etc. for all locations.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment through enforcement of applicable policy and regulations.
Conduct Electrical Safety Training for all Maintenance Departments.
Overnight travel may be required.

The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.
Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
